A village for American immigrants will be built in the Moscow region — RIA Novosti
In response to the Russian news agency
A while ago, I saw an article and I keep coming back to it. RIA Novosti (ria.ru) ran article named A village for American immigrants will be built in the Moscow region (В Подмосковье построят деревню для американских иммигрантов) on 05/11/2023.
“In the Moscow region, in 2024, they will begin building a village for Americans and Canadians who want to move. About 200 families want to emigrate for ideological reasons,” the lawyer said at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPBILF)…
“The reason is the inculcation of radical values: today they have 70 genders, it is unknown what will happen next. Many normal people emigrate, including considering Russia, but face huge bureaucratic problems of Russian migration legislation,” the lawyer explained.
It seems that the Russian government has realized that not all Americans and Canadians, for that matter, are not insane pushing a radical (as referred to in the RIA article) anti-America agenda. It almost feels as if the Russians pity conservative Americans and Canadians.
I’m going to lie. I’d consider the invitation if the US were to die in the hands of liberals, socialists and globalists. I’d first have to learn Russian pronunciation correctly so I can say, “Я американец” (I’m an American) and especially, “Где я могу купить чашку кофе и бублик?” (Where can I buy a cup of coffee and a bagel?) unless I ask for “борщ” (borscht) — my favorite soup.
It almost feels like conservative North Americans are going to be reduced to a colony wherever we’re welcome. At least, we seem to be welcome on the Motherland of our former (or current whom you speak to) foe in the area of the Moscow Region (Подмосковье). Then again, I’ve always wanted to visit Moscow (Москва), already have a VK (Facebook competitor) account and listen to a lot of Russian music — ГРАЙ (Grai), Аркона (Arkona), Отава Ё (Otava Yo) and ЭЛИЗИУМ (Elysium).
